All our items are totally unique and handmade. All items in stock and readily available will be shipped within 48 hours from the confirmation of payment. In case an item is not in stock, Coya Artesanato will be contacting the client via email to notify them on the time needed for the item to be ready for delivery.

However, please note that it is possible for colours to differ from what you see on the screen due to operating machines and monitors. Also, please note that on most of the items displayed on our pages, natural materials have been used, such as semi-precious stones, seeds and horns. When you purchase an item that has been made with the use of such materials please be aware that the product you purchased might differ slightly to the item displayed on our pages. Although we try to select only the best materials, we cannot be responsible for the appearance of natural materials which might differ from the one appearing on our web pages.
Our e-shop can accept orders from any country but we also reserve the right to reject any orders which we believe to be fraudulent. We will try to ship your orders within 48 hours once your payment has been verified. If your payment is verified during Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, your order will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 48 hours thereafter.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are customers’ responsibility as we have no control over these charges.
