You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery without damages and without being required to notify us the reason for which you wish their return. However, if you wish to do and due to the fact that we would like to have only satisfied customers and to always improve our products we would be interested to know the reason behind a product’s return. Please, if you wish, send us an email mentioning all the reasons why you want to return our product(s).

Return Instructions for domestic shipments

In case you wish to return your order you are liable for all costs incurred when returning items to us.

Within 48 hours you will receive an e-mail with details. Upon receipt of our e-mail regarding your return you have a period of 10 calendar days to deliver the product back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted and we should therefore be unable to issue a refund.

Please after receiving our e-mail concerning your return proceed according to instructions given.

  • 1) A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned item.
  • 2) Ship the returned item(s) via a traceable carrier or registered mail who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Shipping costs are at your expense.
  • 3) The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way and including the original packaging.
  • 4) Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned or refunded.

We will reimburse you with the amount corresponding to the purchase value of the products returned. Refund will be in the original form of payment and within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
Any deviation from the Return Policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or even refusal of your return.

Return instructions for international shipments

The above mentioned returns procedure applies here as well; however, in case a refund is issued we cannot refund shipping expenses involved if ACS or DHL was chosen as an express carrier and was paid by the client.

Important notice on Returned Merchandise

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any of the above listed attributes. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We cannot accept items that show any indication of use. Misinformation provided by the customer is solely the liability of the customer, and does not facilitate or qualify a refund for shipping costs. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or that were not sent in accordance to the information provided. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable in case ACS or DHL was chosen as a carrier in international shipments. 2) Exchanges

You have the right to exchange a product you bought within 3 business days from the time of the receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved when exchanging an item. The above mentioned procedure applies to both domestic and international shipments.

You will receive an e-mail within 48 hours with instructions on:

1) the code of the returned product
2) the code of the new product selected
3) safe transportation (registered mail or carrier) and packaging of the returned product
4) the return address

3) Order Cancellation

Our eshop disposes of a mechanism for cancelling an order which has already been submitted and has not yet been delivered. You can send a written SMS message to +30-6972051896 during 09.00 to 17.00 hours Monday-Friday.
We will do everything to assist you but we cannot change or cancel a shipment that has been already been dispatched and have entered the shipping process. In this event you have to follow our return policy listed above.

4) Damaged product

Due to the fact that all products are handmade we carefully check for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to our customers. All our products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition. However, should the existence of a defective product in the delivered quantity be confirmed, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from the original confirmation e-mail and your email address and phone number.  Coyaartesanato.com.gr will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately. You maintain the right to return it and have the option to replaceit at our own dispatch expenses or to be reimbursed.

5) Refund

Once the return is received and after the products are checked to meet all the requirements you will receive a relevant e-mail informing you that the products are accepted. We will credit your account on the card you used to make the purchase. Please allow a period of about 30 calendar days for credit to be processed. It may take one or two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your bank statement; moreover, we have to remind you that shipping expenses cannot be refunded. The amount returned for the products paid depends on the payment method used.

  • Credit Card.

The return time depends on the policy of the bank / company that issued your card.

  • Pay Pal.

The money will be credited to the account to keep Pay Pal and will appear immediately. The real compensation to the credit card plugged into your account at Pay Pal depends on the company that issued the card.

  • Bank transfer/direct bank deposit.

The money will be credited to your personal bank account which will be given to us.

6) Customs, taxes and duties

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU) as these are imposed on the destination country.
