Our e-shop can accept orders from any country but we also reserve the right to reject any orders which we believe to be fraudulent. We will try to ship your orders within 48 hours once your payment has been verified. If your payment is verified during Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, your order will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 48 hours thereafter.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are customers’ responsibility as we have no control over these charges. Return Instructions for domestic shipments

In case you wish to return your order you are liable for all costs incurred when returning items to us.

Within 48 hours you will receive an e-mail with details. Upon receipt of our e-mail regarding your return you have a period of 10 calendar days to deliver the product back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted and we should therefore be unable to issue a refund.

Please after receiving our e-mail concerning your return proceed according to instructions given.

  • 1) A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned item.
  • 2) Ship the returned item(s) via a traceable carrier or registered mail who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Shipping costs are at your expense.
  • 3) The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way and including the original packaging.
  • 4) Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned or refunded.
  • 5) Please ship the returned order via a traceable carrier or by registered mail to the following address:

We will reimburse you with the amount corresponding to the purchase value of the products returned. Refund will be in the original form of payment and within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
Any deviation from the Return Policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or even refusal of your return.

Return instructions for international shipments

In case of a return you are liable for all costs incurred when returning items to us. The above mentioned returns procedure applies here as well; however, in case a refund is issued we cannot refund shipping expenses involved if ACS or DHL was chosen as an express carrier and was paid by the client.

Important notice on Returned Merchandise

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any of the above listed attributes. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We cannot accept items that show any indication of use. Misinformation provided by the customer is solely the liability of the customer, and does not facilitate or qualify a refund for shipping costs. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or that were not sent in accordance to the information provided. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable in case ACS or DHL was chosen as a carrier in international shipments. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. We will reimburse you with the amount corresponding to the purchase value of the products returned.

2) Exchanges

You have the right to exchange a product you bought within 3 business days from the time of the receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved when exchanging an item. The above mentioned procedure applies to both domestic and international shipments.

1) the code of the returned product
2) the code of the new product selected
3) safe transportation (registered mail or carrier) and packaging of the returned product
4) the return address

3) Order Cancellation

Our eshop disposes of a mechanism for cancelling an order which has already been submitted and has not yet been delivered. You can send a written SMS message to +30-6972051896 during 09.00 to 17.00 hours Monday-Friday.
We will do everything to assist you but we cannot change or cancel a shipment that has been already been dispatched and have entered the shipping process. In this event you have to follow our return policy listed above.

4) Damaged product

Due to the fact that all products are handmade we carefully check for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to our customers. All our products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition. However, should the existence of a defective product in the delivered quantity be confirmed, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from the original confirmation e-mail and your email address and phone number.  Coyaartesanato.com.gr will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately. You maintain the right to return it and have the option to replaceit at our own dispatch expenses or to be reimbursed.

5) Refund

Once the return is received and after the products are checked to meet all the requirements you will receive a relevant e-mail informing you that the products are accepted. We will credit your account on the card you used to make the purchase. Please allow a period of about 30 calendar days for credit to be processed. It may take one or two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your bank statement; moreover, we have to remind you that shipping expenses cannot be refunded. The amount returned for the products paid depends on the payment method used.

  • Credit Card.

The return time depends on the policy of the bank / company that issued your card.

  • Pay Pal.

The money will be credited to the account to keep Pay Pal and will appear immediately. The real compensation to the credit card plugged into your account at Pay Pal depends on the company that issued the card.

  • Bank transfer/direct bank deposit.

The money will be credited to your personal bank account which will be given to us.

6) Customs, taxes and duties

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU) as these are imposed on the destination country.

For all shipments domestic or international our customers can choose between

• ACS courier.
• The Hellenic Post.

Domestic shipping options and free delivery information
All our domestic deliveries are sent from Monday to Friday on a next day courier service but extended parts of Greece may require an additional 3 to 4 days. You can have your order shipped in Greece via the following two options listed below:

● By ACS courier . We use ACS as our preferred express shipping service as we believe it is a reliable delivery option due to excellent service quality.
● By Cash on Delivery with ACS (only in Greece)
We use ACS to carry the Cash on Delivery service. Our company only receives the shipping costs of your order and ACS will collect the amount of 4.80 euros shown on the COD tag from the client as compensaton for the the Cash on Deliver service.

International shipping options

All our international deliveries are made Monday to Friday. They are sent via the Hellenic Post Service (ELTA www.elta.gr/) and if the client so wishes with first priority registered mail at an extra cost. Please allow up to sometimes 14 working days for arrival of your order as we cannot predict the time needed for customs clearance procedures in certain countries. A notification email will be sent to you at point of dispatch. Any sales or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

 

General terms

You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email us if you have questions about your order, we will be more than happy to assist you. Our e-shop can accept orders from any country but we also reserve the right to reject any orders which we believe to be fraudulent. We may cancel or refund an order at any time if we believe it is high risk. We do not ship to PO Box and military addresses since we always ship registered packages. We will try to ship your orders within 48 hours once your payment has been verified. Holiday Shipping Dates

Please remember that shipment may take longer than usual transit time around a holiday season even if we are using a reliable carrier. Please note that for festive shipments it is advisable to place your orders in time to give us time to make and ship your goods.

Packaging

We take order packing very seriously and we try our best to carefully pack our orders in foams, bubbles or boxes

 

Delivery

The goods will be delivered only to the card holder's address through ACS courier or by the Hellenic Post. Please note there is no option to specify weekend delivery generally. Each delivery will certainly require a signature and due to insurance reasons we are unable to deliver your order without receiving a signature. If there is no-one available to sign they will return the parcel to the delivery depot. They will leave you a note confirming that they have tried to deliver your parcel explaining where the parcel is and what to do next. If the shipping address is different from the cardholder's billing address then it is very likely that coyaartesanato.com.gr for security reasons should ask the cardholder for an extra documentation before processing the order.

Tracking your order

If you choose Hellenic Post you can track your shipments by entering: ELTA Track and Trace or 212.205.82.71/trackandtrace/ with the reference code given. Shipping in Europe

All products displayed include VAT tax or other duties.
VAT, currently at 16%, will be taxed on all orders shipped in European Union. Namely, all countries listed below will be charged with V.A.T. tax:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

International Shipping (non EU countries)

All International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods; therefore, for delivery in other countries than the above, all products will be shipped free of any taxes and duties.
The recipient of the order will be liable to pay any taxes or duties imposed by the country's customs you are shipping to. Payment is obligatory in order for the shipment to be released from the customs.
Please keep in mind that since we do not have control over these charges, we cannot advise you what these charges will be. It is your responsibility to check with your local custom's agents for any charges they might impose on the products you ordered.
If parcels are refused since you do not pay any local customs duties, and as a consequence the package returns to us return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

 

Taxes and duties from countries other that European Union countries are not refundable. In case of money back refund this will be issued to you using the same method of payment less the shipping costs. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond our control.
